First Step 2024年团队的暑期义工活动在5月26日,以庆祝暑假的开始和纪念阵亡将士纪念日在拉尼尔湖的 West Bank公园清理垃圾和团建正式拉开了序幕。而团队如火如荼的义工活动就在开学前8月3号，在两个不同的地方 Johns Creek的 The Falls of Autrey Mill和 Marietta的 Cobblestone Community设立了柠檬水和烘焙摊位，以义卖活动热热热闹闹，开开心心的为暑期的义工活动画上了一个完美的句号。在短短的2个月的暑期期间，团队一共组织了1次义卖活动, 2次团建活动，3次老人中心表演,7次捡垃圾活动,14次食物银行义工活动, 和18次Chattahoochee自然中心义工活动，共45次活动。参与人多达520多次数。欢迎大家能继续并带上朋友一起来参加我们丰富多彩的活动。如果您有任何问题,请随时通过firststepteam2020@gmail.com与我们联系。

First Step 2024 SummerActivities Summary

First Step's 2024 Summer volunteer activities officially kicked off on May26 to celebrate the start of summer and commemorate Memorial Day with a trash cleanup and team-building event at West Bank Park in Lake Lanier. The volunteer efforts were in full swing on August 3, just before the school year began, with a Lemonade and Bake Sale held at two locations: The Falls of Autrey Mill in Johns Creek and Cobblestone Community in Marietta.


It was a joyful conclusion to the summer volunteer activities. Throughoutthe season, the First Step team organized a total of forty-five events,including a Lemonade and Bake Sale, two team-building events, three performances at senior centers, seven trash cleanups, fourteen Food Bankevents, and eighteen volunteer activities at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Altogether, these activities involved over 520 participants.
