垃圾发声器 Trash Sounder 胡慕雨 / 小学一年级（英文) 胡慕雪/胡慕雨 (中文翻译）
这个发明的名字叫做垃圾发声器(虽然大人可能会说应该叫垃圾探测器, 但我觉得垃圾发声器更好)。 如果附近有垃圾的话，它就会发出音乐声音。它不大，你还可以把它放在口袋里。
我想发明一个垃圾发声器，因为每一次我父母带我和我姐姐去游乐场, 公园, 或者爬山走路的时候, 我都会看到到处都是垃圾。所以,我的家里人和我在我五岁的时候就加入First Step开始捡垃圾了。我们在游乐场, 公园, 爬山小径, 街道, 我们的社区, 我们的学校等等地方捡垃圾。你无法想象我们都找到些什么! 我们捡到了塑料袋、纸巾、纸张、玻璃瓶子、橡皮筋、易拉罐(罐头)、塑料水瓶、糖果和食物包装纸、网球、篮球、橄榄球、鞋子、袜子、衣服、玩具、香烟等等各种各样的东西。有一次我姐姐和我还在树林里找到一个儿童安全座椅。如果我们有一个垃圾发声器，我们就会更容易找到垃圾。
我希望学校在学期开始时给每个学生发一个垃圾发声器，并举办一场捡垃圾比赛。这样所有学生在外出时都可以将它放在口袋里，并在它响起时就知道要捡起附近的垃圾。在学期末,学生谁捡到的垃圾最多就可以跟她/他最喜欢的老师(们) 共进午餐和甜点。 我最喜欢的老师是Collins老师和Anderson老师。我希望我能赢得比赛, 并与他们共进午餐和享受美味的甜品。

I want to invent a trash sounder because every time my parents take me and my sister to a playground, a park, or a hiking trail, I see trash everywhere. So, my family and I started picking up trash when I was five years old. We pick up trash from playgrounds, parks, trails, roads, our community, our school, etc. You can’t believe what we found! We picked up plastic bags, tissues, papers, glasses, rubber bands, cans, water bottles, candy and bar wrapper, tennis ball, basketball, football, shoes, sock, clothing, toys, cigarette, etc. One time my sister and I found a car seat in the wood. If we have a trash sounder, it will be easier for us to find the trash.
I wish the school would give each student a trash sounder at the beginning of semester and have a trash pick-up contest. So, all the students can carry it in their pocket and pick up trash when it rings. At the end of the semester, the student who picks up most of the trash can have lunch and dessert with her/his favorite teacher(s). My favorite teachers are Ms. Collins and Ms. Anderson.
I hope I could win the contest and have lunch with them. I hope more and more people will join and carry a trash sounder to pick up trash so we could all enjoy playing in a playground, a park, a trail, and everywhere.
